How long does it take to for my order to be delivered?
delivAI has various speeds depending on distance:
✔️ Up to 10 miles can be delivered in 60 minutes
✔️ Up to 20 miles can be delivered within 2 hours
✔️ Over 20 miles can be delivered in less than 4 hours
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
delivAI does not charge a percentage of the item being delivered. We are a delivery service that transports items based on distance, speed, time of day, and lead time.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
We work with multiple carriers including gig-based and couriers. Each of the carriers has different technology capabilities. Most do have the ability to provide live driver tracking while a few do not. In either case we provide live status notifications, so you are kept apprised of the stage of delivery.
What if I'm not at home during the delivery?
We leave orders at the destination if no one is home.
