How long does it take to for my order to be delivered?
Orders are delivered in 1-hour (up to 10 miles), 2-hours (up to 20 miles), 4-hours (up to 35 miles).
How is pricing determined for on-demand deliveries?
On demand delivery orders are based on distance, speed of delivery, time of day, and lead time. So to get the best price, schedule early and during non-rush hours times.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes, if the carrier that is assigned support lives tracking and the driver has a good GPS and cell signal we pass on the live tracking.
What if I'm not at home during the delivery?
Carriers will leave orders at the front door when no one is home. They will take a picture of the item to show proof of delivery.
